Production time for personalized pieces is 3–7 working days depending on the item and design.

Yes, we deliver to the US, UK, Canada, and other African countries.

- Lagos delivery: 1–3 working days
- Outside Lagos: 3–7 working days
- International: 7–12 working days

No. All orders must be paid for before processing because many items are personalised and custom-made.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, for non-personalised items within 48 hours of delivery. Personalised pieces are not refundable.
Can I fix or repair a broken jewelry piece?
Yes. Contact us for repair options (fees may apply depending on the damage).
What if I receive the wrong or faulty item?
We will replace it. Kindly send a picture/video within 24 hours of receiving your order.
