Multi Charm Chains FAQ
How many charms can I add?

Charms are sold separately. For necklaces, you can add up to 13 charms (you can add more for a fuller look). Odd numbers of charms work best to create a balanced look, with a center charm. For bracelets, up to 9 charms can be added, though more can be used if desired.
Any styling tips?

For necklaces, it’s ideal to place larger charms in the center and smaller ones on the outer edges. Each charm's size is listed in its description. For bracelets, the charm arrangement is flexible unless you have a particular preference for certain charms to be next to each other.
Can I swap the charms once my Multi Charm Necklace or Bracelet arrives?

Unfortunately, once attached, the charms cannot be moved or removed from the chain.
How do I know the size of the charms?

Each charm’s size is provided in its description. Note that the images on the website may not accurately represent the charm's actual size.
What materials are the charms made from?

The charms are made from either Stainless Steel or Brass. You can find specific material details in the charm description. Be sure to check our jewellery care tips as well!
Can I review my order before it’s made or sent?

Absolutely! You can specify the charm order or which charm you'd like in the center. I can also send you a photo of your jewelry before it’s made to ensure you’re happy with the design. To do this, leave your Instagram handle or email address in the "Special Notes" box during checkout.
