Once you place an order for a personalised / engraved item, the order is final. We generally will engrave the item shortly after the order is received. There is no time allowed for changes. If you have made an error you need to contact us by calling (+234)8021455585 as soon as possible, however it is unlikely that a change will be possible.

We do our best to represent the details of an item as accurately as possible. As the items are hand made, there can be slight variations from the descriptions. If you have any questions regarding a product, please contact us before completing any purchase.

Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use.

Production Timeline

Our engraved jewelry are produced within 24 hours of placing your order. Shipping duration is counted after this 24-hour elapses.
