Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Kindly check the size guides, product descriptions and dimensions to enable you purchase the right product as we will not accept returns for these reasons and we reserve the right to deny returns or refunds for failure to read product information.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customised, Personalized goods, Gift Cards or Earrings cannot be returned.

Due to the nature of Taurus Blings designs being “one off” pieces and customised to the clients specifications there is no refund or credit policy once the item has begin production. If the order has not been started and a cancellation or change of mind is requested, an administration fee of 10% will be charged but placed as a store credit on your account. If the merchandise is damaged during transit it is at the discretion of Taurus Blings to review the order and decide what can be done. Please be advised that store credit and discount codes and offers are not redeemable for cash.

All spelling mistakes made by Taurus Blings will be dealt with by Taurus Blings remaking the item at RRP. Each Taurus Blings piece is made using only the finest quality materials.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items/Free Gifts

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Free gifts that are included in the orders or provided during sale events is at the discretion of Taurus Blings and is only valid during the stated promotional time or while stocks last. In the event a refund or change in order is made and the free gift is no longer eligible, the free gift must be returned in original condition or as agreed upon by Taurus Blings.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we can not offer an exchange on personalised items.

We do not offer exchange on Gift Bag purchase.

We do not cover return shipping costs.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at taurusblings@mail.com.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ijaiye Medium Housing Estate Phase 2.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
